Join the Maternal Mental Health Awareness Campaign with your mind-blowing arts & designs

1. Eligibility

1.1. The competition is open to Young Africans across the Globe ages 18-29 years.

1.2. Participants may submit entries as individuals or as part of a group.

2. Submission Guidelines

2.1. All submissions must be original works created by the participant(s).

2.2. Each participant may submit a maximum of two entries.

2.3. Submissions must adhere to the theme of the competition: "Raising Awareness of Perinatal Depression and Anxiety."

3. Entry Format

3.1. Visual Arts: High-resolution photographs or scans of paintings, drawings, sculptures, etc.

3.2. Digital Art: High-resolution digital files (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, etc.).

3.3. Multimedia: Video or animation files (MP4, AVI, MOV, etc.), up to 2 minutes long.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. By submitting an entry, participants affirm that their submission is their original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4.2. Participants retain the copyright of their submitted works.

4.3. Participants grant the competition hosts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the submitted content on their social media platforms, websites, and other promotional materials related to the competition and its objectives.

4.4. Participants will be acknowledged whenever their work is used by the competition hosts.

5. Judging Criteria

5.1. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, relevance to the theme, technical skill, and overall presentation.

5.2. The decisions of the judging panel are final and binding.

6. Prizes

6.1. Prizes will be awarded to One (1) winner in each category.

6.2. £200 each for the three winners.

6.3. Additional benefits includes:

  • Gaining international recognition for your artistic talents.
  • Being a part of a community making a difference.

 

6.4. Winners will be notified via email and announced on Kuzaa's official website and social media channels.

7. Disqualification

7.1. Kuzaa reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

7.2. Entries containing offensive, inappropriate, or plagiarized content will be disqualified.

8. Liability

8.1. Kuzaa is not responsible for any loss or damage to submissions.

8.2. Participants agree to indemnify Kuzaa for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the competition.

9. Privacy

9.1. Participants' personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Amendments

10.1. Kuzaa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on its official website as well as social media channels.

By submitting an entry to the Arts and Design Competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
